Meet the Team

Phoebe Lotz

Phoebe is a penultimate student, studying a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of International Studies (Honours) at the University of Technology Sydney. At Potentia Litigation, Phoebe works as a paralegal and is gaining experience in legal research and drafting court documents for class action, competition and fashion law matters.
 
Phoebe has studied in both Australia and France, including coursework at Sciences Po Lyon. She has a C1 French language certification, reflecting advanced professional fluency. She is very interested in politics and global affairs, involving herself in several initiatives at university such as strategic litigation practice, mooting, and the UTS Brennan Leadership program. She also has a consistent record of leadership and has undertaken roles such as the Honorary Secretary of the St. Andrew’s College Students’ Club. 

Lucy Millar 

Lucy is a fourth year University of Sydney student, currently undertaking a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts (History) as part of the Dalyell Scholars program. At Potentia Litigation, she works as a paralegal and is gaining experience across commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, competition and consumer law, and intellectual property.

Lucy has developed strong communication and leadership skills through both academic and professional roles, including as an Executive Editor and columnist for St Andrew’s News and as Community Service Secretary at St Andrew’s College, where she contributed to the execution and delivery of large-scale service initiatives. Her academic contributions include the Dalyell program, completion of Dr Robert Leach’s Leadership Essentials course, involvement in professional development programs and submissions to international essay contests in the United States. These experiences have strengthened her ability to undertake detailed research, think critically, and communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision. She also has a strong interest in legal writing and analysis, complemented by a creative background in writing and visual arts, where her work has been recognised through scholarships and competitions including the John McIntyre Scholarship, Palladian Cup, and Ian Jack Prize.

Chloe Kennard 

Chloe joined Potentia Litigation in 2026 and currently works as an administrative assistant supporting business operations, client coordination and marketing. Chloe undertook studying business at the University of Newcastle, and now she’s helping build a fundamental framework to support growth in business and legal operations with her knowledge and experience. 

 

 

 

 

 

Aarahnan Raguragavan

Aarahnan is a litigation lawyer focused on building his practice and experience in novel practice areas. Aarahnan welcomes inquiries where competition law intersects with intellectual property, fashion, film and media and sport”.
 
Aarahnan is admitted in Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales and Norfolk Island as well as the High Court of Australia.
