About The Founder

Aarahnan Raguragavan is the founder of Potentia Litigation and a nationally qualified legal professional with experience across New South Wales, South Australia, and Western Australia.

He holds an LLM in Competition and Consumer Law from the University of Melbourne, a Juris Doctor, a Graduate Diploma in Commercial and Resources Law, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

Aarahnan’s practice focuses on complex litigation, including AHPRA proceedings, coronial inquiries, and competition and consumer disputes. He has acted for clients such as Ramsay Health Care, Dental Protection, and Avant Mutual, offering litigation support and regulatory compliance advice in high-risk matters.

He is particularly engaged in cross-border legal work, government litigation, and cases involving public and private international law. Aarahnan also regularly contributes case commentary and legal analysis to the State Law Reports in Western Australia and South Australia through his long-standing relationship with Thomson Reuters. His work reflects a rare combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the legal profession — all directed toward delivering clear, outcome-driven solutions.
